Las distintas bases de datos listadas a continuación se encuentran depositadas en repositorios públicos, como Dryad, o en la página web de la revista donde fueron publicados. Pueden ser utilizadas libremente, con la única condición de que la publicación donde se publicaron originalmente sea citada.
